Rachel Dowdy, MOT, OTR/L
Rachel graduated from Xavier University with her MOT in 2015 before beginning clinical practice with ABC Therapies, Inc. at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility. She has served clients at Franklin County JIC, Nationwide Children's Behavioral Health, and re-entry non-profits in Columbus. Rachel is passionate about systemic inequalities, research, advocacy, and jobs that prioritize the mental health & well-being of employees.

Co-Founder & Treasurer
Victoria Baker, OTD, OTR/L
Victoria graduated from The Ohio State University with her OTD in 2020 after completing her capstone experience and project in juvenile corrections. She began working for ABC Therapies, Inc. following graduation where she served clients at Franklin County Juvenile Intervention Center and Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility. Since graduation, she also has worked as a school-based therapist and as an Evidence-Based Practice Coordinator and clinical therapist at Nationwide Children's hospital in outpatient and inpatient behavioral health. Victoria is passionate about bringing increased evidence to the area of mental health-based OT and increasing access to quality services in juvenile justice-based settings.

Occupational Therapist
Lorraine Muntwyler, MOT, OTR/L
Lorraine began as a COTA working in private out-patient, schools, hospitals, home health, inpatient behavioral health, and out-patient pediatrics. Having done clinical work at Samaritan Behavioral Health for out-patient pediatric mental health and Choices, Inc. for transitioning youth to Independent Living, Lorraine followed her passion for mental health and pediatrics. After graduating from Findlay University with her MOT in 2008, Lorraine continued work in adult inpatient behavioral health until her employment with ABC Therapies, Inc. in 2019. She serves Montgomery County Center for Adolescent Services (CAS) with a unique program for emotional regulation with a sensory modulation focus. Lorraine advocates for positive childhood experiences for children of all ages. She is dedicated to helping adolescents grow in the areas of self-knowledge, values, and identity as it connects with behavior.

Occupational Therapist
Danielle Rasey, MOT, OTR/L
Danielle Rasey graduated in 2016 with a Master’s of Occupational Therapy. One of her Level 2 fieldwork rotations was at an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. After graduating, Danielle primarily worked in public school systems and special education for six years. She has now worked virtually and in-person with incarcerated and at-risk youth for 3+ years.

Amy Hoover, OTD, OTR/L
​Amy graduated from a doctoral OT program in 2021 after completing her capstone project in a juvenile residential treatment facility. She began working at ABC Therapies, Inc. in 2023 serving clients at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility after starting her career in acute care working at the James Cancer Center. Amy currently serves clients at CJCF and is also serving clients at Nationwide Children’s Behavioral Health Pavilion. Amy is passionate about teaching regulation skills, supporting youth mental health, conducting research, advocating for social justice, and supporting at-risk youth.

Claire Killian, MOT, OTR/L
​Claire graduated from Walsh University with her MOT in 2022 before beginning clinical practice with ABC Therapies, Inc. at Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility. Prior to her work at Indian River, Claire served young men, mothers, children, and teens experiencing homelessness in a variety of community based settings across Northeast Ohio. Claire is passionate about occupational justice, reducing recidivism, and providing clients with opportunities for occupational engagement to lead fulfilling and healthy lives.

Morgan Layman, OTD, OTR/L
Morgan graduated from Kettering College with her OTD in 2022 after completing her doctoral capstone project at the Center for Adolescent Services. She started and currently works at an inpatient behavioral health hospital servicing adult populations. She began working for ABC Therapies, Inc. at the Center for Adolescent Services in 2024. Morgan is passionate about mental health OT program development and advocating for mental health OT outpatient resources/services.
